Class Format
Each class will begin with a 15 minute guided meditation and journey led by White Wolf - the purpose of this format is to allow you to explore your personal truth in a space that you feel comfortable, supported and safe
You will then have time to journal your journey experience
Each class will cover the specific topic starting with the 6 Secrets of Embodiment
Alecia will lead you through a 45 minute channeling of the work from a deeply energetic place to allow you the space for your cells to pick up this energy where you are able to feel and live the energy not just think about it
The last 30 minutes of the call will be open for discussions
Depending on the depth of discussion we may go over time if and when needed to feel complete
All calls will be recorded and sent to participants within 24 hours of the call
